AFO 325 – Count no. of subscriptions
325.1 Introduction
This AFO gives you an overview of the number of subscriptions and the number of expected and actually received issues.
325.2 Count subscriptions
After you select this option, an information screen is displayed during the counting process. Depending on the size of the file, this can take a few seconds. Next an overview screen appears with the number of expected and actually received issues:
Note
If there are too many receipts for a subscription (the treshold is around 4400 issues) the system will not allow:
- registering receipts
- inserting new issues
- predicting next three issues
The above report will flag subscription numbers that have reached the treshold.
